Inventory & Warehouse

The Inventory is the primary storage system in Levelite. It is where users keep all their gathered materials, equipment, potions, recipes, and other valuable loot. However, unlike traditional storage systems with infinite space, inventory management in Levelite requires careful attention due to its weight mechanics.

The Weight System

Instead of being limited by a set number of item slots, the inventory is governed entirely by a Weight system. Every single item in the game—from the smallest crafting ingredient to the heaviest piece of armor—has a specific weight value attached to it.

Encumbrance Penalty: Users must constantly monitor their Total Weight. If the combined weight of the items in your inventory exceeds your current maximum capacity, your character becomes severely encumbered. While in this state, you suffer a catastrophic 98% damage reduction in all combat scenarios.

Expanding Inventory Capacity

To carry more items and avoid the crippling encumbrance penalty, users can increase their maximum inventory weight by equipping Backpacks.

Finding or purchasing higher-tier backpacks from Player Shops is essential for users who want to gather resources extensively or carry multiple gear sets without being penalized.

The Warehouse

For items that you do not need to carry on your person—such as excess crafting materials or gear you plan to sell later—Levelite provides a secondary storage facility known as the Warehouse.

Safe Storage: Depositing items into the Warehouse removes their weight from your active inventory, allowing you to venture out into battles unencumbered.
Warehouse Upgrades: Unlike the personal inventory that relies on equipped backpacks, the Warehouse's maximum weight capacity can be permanently expanded by spending Gold. Users can invest their gold to upgrade their Warehouse, creating massive stockpiles of resources.

Trivia

Always double-check your weight limit before starting Raids or engaging in Boss fights! The 90% damage penalty will render even the most powerful Hunter completely useless. If you are close to your limit, make sure to deposit your heavy items in the Warehouse or sell them in your shop first!
