In Levelite, a user's Class is the foundational choice that dictates their combat style, skill progression, and overall role within the app's ecosystem. Whether you are progressing through solo encounters or teaming up with your Guilds for massive cooperative events, your class determines your innate powers, specific weaknesses, and how you interact with the game's core mechanics.

Combat and Team Synergy

Combat in Levelite revolves around a strategic turn-based system, and choosing the right class is critical for success. Each class possesses unique passive abilities that can drastically alter the flow of battle.

Furthermore, class synergy becomes essential during Raids. Because Raids utilize a Shared Energy pool for the entire team, bringing a balanced composition of classes—such as combining high-damage attackers with specialized support or defensive classes—is the only way to manage resources efficiently and defeat high-level Bosses before the real-life timers expire.

Available Classes Overview

There are currently six distinct classes available to choose from, each catering to a completely different playstyle. Users must carefully consider which role best suits their approach to the game:

  • Shadow: High-speed, high-damage assassins who excel at manipulating turn orders and dealing burst dark damage, but suffer from extreme defensive fragility.

  • Guardian: The unbreakable frontline tanks of Levelit, offering immense survivability, damage mitigation, and immunity to debuffs at the cost of offensive power.

  • Visionary: Elusive magical casters who rely on foresight to passively dodge incoming physical attacks while dealing heavy magical damage.

  • Titan: Brute-force melee brawlers who deal massive physical damage and cannot be slowed down, serving as the ultimate physical DPS.

  • Mindbreaker: Tactical engineers and debuff specialists who compensate for their low damage output by heavily upgrading their equipment and crippling enemies with long-lasting status effects.

  • Aquamancer: The indispensable healers and water-magic supports whose restorative skills do not consume the team's shared energy, making them the anchor of any group encounter.

Trivia

  • While your class grants you specific innate powers and weaknesses from the very beginning, your true potential is unlocked by navigating the branching Skills tree to build a loadout that perfectly complements your chosen role!

Class: Shadow

The Shadow is one of the six playable classes in Levelite. Operating as the quintessential shadow assassins, they are masters of stealth and subterfuge who use cunning, speed, and subtlety to dismantle their foes before they even see it coming.

Overview

Shadows are designed for players who prefer a high-risk, high-reward playstyle. They excel at dealing massive amounts of damage and manipulating the turn order, prioritizing agility and dark magic over raw endurance. A skilled Shadow dictates the flow of battle, striking lethally and retreating into the darkness when necessary.

Powers and Abilities

Choosing the Shadow class grants the user a set of highly offensive and tactical innate traits:

  • Absolute Initiative: In solo battles, the Shadow's speed is unmatched, guaranteeing that they always attack first.

  • Double Strike: When participating in group battles, such as Raids, the Shadow capitalizes on the chaos by attacking twice per turn, effectively doubling their base action output.

  • Dark Affinity: All shadow-based magic and attacks are amplified, granting a permanent +8% Dark Damage bonus.

  • Tactical Retreat: Master of evasion, the Shadow is the only class that can choose to flee from active Dungeons and Raids. This escape mechanic comes at the cost of consuming the user's Mana.

Weaknesses

  • Fragile Defenses: To compensate for their overwhelming speed and damage output, Shadows have significantly lower resilience than other classes. They suffer a penalty of +12% Damage Taken from all enemy sources, making them extremely vulnerable if they fail to eliminate their target quickly.

Equipment type: Light and magical

Trivia

  • The Shadow is the ultimate "glass cannon" in Levelite. Because they take 12% more damage, teaming up with a Guardian and Aquamancer during Raids is highly recommended to ensure you survive long enough!

Class: Guardian

The Guardian is one of the six playable classes in Levelite. Known as the protectors of the realm, Guardians defend their allies with unwavering courage and unmatched resilience. They are the ultimate Tank class, built to absorb damage and outlast their enemies.

Overview

Guardians are designed for players who prefer survivability over raw damage. They excel at holding the frontline, mitigating incoming attacks, and shrugging off status effects that would cripple other classes. While their solo progression might be slower, a Guardian is an indispensable asset in group encounters, especially during high-stakes Raids.

Powers and Abilities

Choosing the Guardian class grants the user an incredibly robust set of defensive traits designed to keep them alive against the toughest foes:

  • First Strike Immunity: The Guardian is fully prepared for battle, granting them complete immunity to the very first hit they take from an enemy in any combat encounter.

  • Damage Mitigation: Their resilient nature allows them to passively take 10% less damage from all incoming attacks.

  • Unyielding Resolve: A Guardian cannot be easily stopped. They are completely immune to paralysis and all negative status debuffs.

  • Natural Recovery: Sustaining themselves through long fights, Guardians passively regenerate 5% HP per turn.

Weaknesses

  • Low Offensive Output: The massive defensive advantages come at a significant cost to their offensive power. Guardians suffer a permanent penalty of -12% damage across all of their skills, making them heavily reliant on teammates to defeat bosses efficiently.

Equipment type: heavy and normal/medium

Trivia

  • The Guardian serves as the unbreakable wall. Having a Guardian in your party is almost mandatory to survive the hardest Raid bosses!

Class: Visionary

The Visionary is one of the six playable classes in Levelite. Revered as seers of the future, Visionaries harness the power of foresight to manipulate fate and control the battlefield. They serve as the traditional "Mage" archetype, relying on powerful spells and precognition rather than physical might.

Overview

Visionaries are designed for players who enjoy spellcasting. They use their ability to see glimpses of the future to avoid incoming attacks entirely. Their kit is heavily focused on boosting their magical output while maintaining a safe distance from direct physical confrontations, making them excellent damage dealers.

Powers and Abilities

Choosing the Visionary class grants the user mystical traits that enhance their spellcasting and evasiveness:

  • Arcane Mastery: Due to their deep connection with magical forces, Visionaries receive a permanent +8% Magical Damage bonus to all their spells.

  • Foresight: By predicting the enemy's next move before it happens, they gain a permanent +15% Chance to dodge an attack, allowing them to completely negate incoming damage with swift, preemptive movements.

Weaknesses

  • Physical Frailty: Visionaries dedicate all their training to the mind and the arcane, severely neglecting their physical strength. As a result, they suffer a permanent penalty of -10% Physical Damage, making basic melee attacks highly ineffective.

Equipment type: Magical only

Trivia

  • Because their physical damage is heavily penalized, Visionaries rely almost entirely on magical damage to deal damage. Make sure to stock up on Mana potions created through Crafting before entering a long Raids!

Class: Titan

The Titan is one of the six playable Classes in Levelite. As the embodiments of raw power, Titans crush their adversaries with overwhelming strength. They are the premier physical DPS class, relying on brute force rather than complex magic to secure victory.

Overview

Titans are designed for players who want to hit hard and break through enemy defenses with pure physical might. Unlike the elusive Shadow or the spell-casting Visionary, a Titan approaches combat head-on. Their kit is built around maximizing their physical output and ensuring that nothing can slow down their relentless assault, making them incredibly dangerous in the frontlines.

Powers and Abilities

Choosing the Titan class grants the user an aggressive set of traits focused on overwhelming physical dominance:

  • Brute Strength: Titans possess immense natural power, granting them a permanent +8% Physical Damage bonus to all their physical attacks and skills.

  • Devastating Opening: Striking with explosive force right out of the gate, a Titan deals double damage on their first attack in any combat encounter, allowing them to potentially eliminate weaker foes instantly.

  • Unstoppable Force: A true Titan cannot be hindered. They are completely immune to slow effects and damage reduction debuffs, ensuring their damage output remains consistently high regardless of enemy tactics.

Weaknesses

  • Magical Ineptitude: Because all their focus is poured into physical training and raw strength, Titans struggle with the arcane arts. They suffer a permanent penalty of -10% Magical Damage, making spells and magic-based skills practically useless in their hands.

Equipment type: heavy only

Trivia

  • The Titan's ability to deal double damage on their first attack makes them exceptional for speed-running lower-level monsters. To maximize this burst of power, make sure your first move is your strongest physical skill unlocked in the Skills tree!

Class: Mindbreaker

The Mindbreaker is one of the six playable classes in Levelite. As experts in mental warfare, Mindbreakers disrupt, disorient, and dismantle their enemies from the inside out. They function as tactical "engineer," relying on status effects and superior equipment rather than raw combat power.

Overview

Mindbreakers are designed for analytical players who enjoy controlling the flow of battle. Instead of focusing on direct damage, they specialize in weakening foes, leaving them vulnerable for their allies to finish off. Furthermore, their unparalleled understanding of mechanics and gear allows them to push their equipment far beyond normal limitations, making them incredibly versatile in the late game.

Powers and Abilities

Choosing the Mindbreaker class grants the user a highly unique, utility-focused skill set:

  • Advanced Tinkering: Unlike all other classes, which are capped at 3 equipment upgrades, Mindbreakers have the exclusive ability to apply up to 5 upgrades to their gear. This allows for extreme stat customization and optimization.

  • Mental Disruption: Every action a Mindbreaker takes carries a lingering threat, giving them a passive 25% chance to apply a debuff to the enemy.

  • Lingering Torment: Their psychological attacks leave a lasting mark. Any debuff applied by a Mindbreaker lasts for 2 extra turns, severely crippling the enemy's efficiency in prolonged fights.

Weaknesses

  • Low Damage Output: Because their focus is entirely on disruption and gear enhancement, Mindbreakers lack direct combat lethality. They suffer a massive permanent penalty of -12% Damage Dealt across all attacks and skills.

Equipment type: Magical and normal/medium

Trivia

  • Because they can upgrade their equipment 5 times, a Mindbreaker's true power is heavily tied to the Crafting system and the economy of Player Shops. A fully upgraded Mindbreaker can easily compensate for their damage penalty with sheer stat boosts from their gear!

Class: Aquamancer

The Aquamancer is one of the six playable classes in Levelite. As masters of water and the healing arts, Aquamancers control the flow of battle through fluid magic and vital support. They serve as the core "Healer" archetype, keeping their allies alive and turning the tide of difficult encounters.

Overview

Aquamancers are designed for altruistic and strategic players who want to ensure their team's survival. While they are fully capable of dealing elemental damage, their true strength lies in their restorative abilities. In group settings, especially during challenging Raids, an Aquamancer is the anchor of the team, providing crucial healing and buffs without draining the group's shared resources.

Powers and Abilities

Choosing the Aquamancer class grants the user a set of supportive and elemental traits that make them the ultimate team players:

  • Aquatic Affinity: Drawing power from the tides, Aquamancers receive a permanent +8% Water Damage bonus to their elemental attacks.

  • Endless Flow: Their most powerful asset in group combat. Any buff or healing skill cast by an Aquamancer costs no party energy or mana, allowing them to sustain the team endlessly without penalizing the group's offensive capabilities.

  • Cleansing Waves: Their restorative magic is incredibly pure. Every time an Aquamancer heals an ally, there is a 10% chance to remove a debuff, keeping the team healthy and free from negative status effects.

Weaknesses

  • Physical Frailty: Much like the Visionary, Aquamancers dedicate their training entirely to magic and support, leaving their physical strength underdeveloped. They suffer a permanent penalty of -10% Physical Damage, making melee combat highly ineffective.

Trivia

  • The "Endless Flow" passive makes Aquamancers the absolute MVP in Raids. Because their healing and buffing skills do not consume the Shared Energy pool, they allow the classes to attack continuously without needing to skip turns so often to regenerate energy!
